GLASS BEAD SPRAyer

With atomizing air

This glass bead sprayer is fed with glass beads by gravity from a cup or from the pressurized tank of the machine.

Cup

The cup has a 6 dl (0.9 kg of beads) capacity and must be made of aluminum to comply with the ATEX standards. With this configuration, the sprayer glass beads only in a round jet. The atomizing air can be set with the tap under the handle.

Pressurized bead tank

For the glass beads, connect the head of the sprayer to the tank of the machine with a hose. For the atomizing air, connect the sprayer (under the handle) to the air circuit of the machine. The pressure must be set on the machine.
